1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website zavrix.io and any related services, content, or materials (collectively, the "Site") operated by Zavrix LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Zavrix," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Zavrix is an AI automation agency that provides automation consulting, workflow design, implementation, and support services for businesses. The Site provides information about our services, enables you to request consultations, submit inquiries, book discovery calls, and access resources related to our offerings.
The Site itself is informational and serves as a point of contact. Actual service delivery is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work executed between Zavrix and the client.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy Site content without prior written consent
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or connected networks
- Collect personal information of other users
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our express permission
4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, design elements, and the overall arrangement thereof, is the property of Zavrix LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Trademarks
"Zavrix," the Zavrix logo, and all related names, marks, slogans, and trade dress are trademarks of Zavrix LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4.3 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.
5. User Submissions
When you submit information through the Site, you grant Zavrix a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our services.
You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting information through the Site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a formal services agreement.
6. Discovery Calls and Consultations
Zavrix may offer free or paid discovery calls and consultations. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:
- Discovery calls do not constitute professional advice or a commitment to provide services
- Ideas or strategies discussed are general in nature and do not create an obligation for Zavrix
- No client relationship or contractual obligation arises from a discovery call alone
- Information shared during discovery calls is subject to our Privacy Policy
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Zavrix. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
8. AI and Automation Disclaimers
- AI technologies are probabilistic, not deterministic. Results vary based on data quality, configuration, and use case specifics.
- ROI projections and case study results on the Site are illustrative and based on specific past engagements. They do not guarantee similar results.
- Zavrix does not guarantee that any automation or AI system will produce error-free results or achieve specific business outcomes.
- Demonstrations and examples shown may represent idealized scenarios.
- Client results depend on factors outside Zavrix's control, including data quality, team adoption, and third-party platform performance.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZAVRIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAVRIX LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. ZAVRIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zavrix LLC from claims arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Steele County, Minnesota.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zavrix regarding use of the Site.
